Attorney Claire Anaclerio is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. With over a decade in private practice, Claire has focused on complex civil litigation, defending corporations and individuals in disputes involving corporate, contract, maritime, and real property law– including trial and arbitration work. She also leads the firm’s probate practice. Claire represents a diverse portfolio of local, U.S. mainland, and international clients, resolving sophisticated legal matters in the Virgin Islands. Claire is licensed to practice law in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Louisiana. Outside the office, you’ll see Claire out in the community, often corralling her two kids.

Claire grew up on St. Thomas and attended Antilles School. From there she went on to receive a B.A. from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She continued her education at the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she received a Juris Doctor in 2013 and certificates in Civil Law and International Law. She was also a member of the Moot Court staff, an Officer with the Maritime Law Society, and was also sworn into the limited practice of law as a Student Attorney for the Immigration Clinic.
