Ms. Walker is an Associate at Dudley Newman Feuerzeig LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Immediately prior to joining DNF, Ms. Walker served as Legal Counsel at the Virgin Islands Office of Management and Budget and prior to that she worked as Assistant Attorney General (AAG) in the Solicitor General’s Division of the Virgin Islands Department of Justice.

During her tenure in the Solicitor General’s Division, Ms. Walker argued before the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also managed cases before the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, the District Court of the Virgin Islands and local administrative bodies. She argued such precedential cases before the Third Circuit such as Government of the Virgin Islands v. Aswa Mills, 821 F.3d 448 (3d Cir. 2016) and Bryan v. Government of the Virgin Islands, 916 F.3d 242 (3d Cir. 2019).

Ms. Walker served as law clerk to the Honorable Kaye K. Christian of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the Honorable Ive A. Swan of the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands. A graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT and The George Washington Law School in Washington, DC, Ms. Walker is admitted to the bars of the United States Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia.
