BIOGRAPHY

Sean P. Bailey is an Associate at Dudley Newman Feuerzeig LLP and a member of the firm’s litigation department with a focus on business litigation. Mr. Bailey is licensed to practice law in the U.S. Virgin Islands, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Before joining Dudley Newman Feuerzeig LLP, Mr. Bailey served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Douglas A. Brady, Judge of the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands, from 2015-2018, and as appellate law clerk to the Honorable Maria M. Cabret, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands, from 2018-2020.

While in law school, Mr. Bailey was active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, participating annually in national appellate advocacy competitions. Additionally, Mr. Bailey served as a staff editor of the Temple University International and Comparative Law Journal.
