Ms. Charlery joined Dudley Newman Feuerzeig LLP in 2013 and is Of Counsel in the firm’s Transactional department. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Charlery served as the Senior Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Brenda J. Hollar at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.

Ms. Charlery earned her J.D. from the University of George in 2010, where she was the recipient of a Law School Association Scholarship. While there, she served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and was also a selected member of the University of Georgia’s Moot Court and Mock Trial teams.

Ms. Charlery’s additional work experience include an externship with the Georgia Capital Defender’s Office in Atlanta, Georgia, an internship with the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Athens, Georgia, and an internship with the Georgia Legal Services Program, also in Athens, Georgia. Ms. Charlery has also served as a registered mediator, performing civil mediations in Magistrate Court for Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, in which she facilitated dispute resolutions, negotiations and settlements between adverse parties.

Ms. Charlery is admitted to practice in the U.S. Virgin Islands (2012) and North Carolina (2010). She is a member of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and focuses her practice on real estat, debt, foreclosures and general litigation.

Ms. Charlerly is also a native of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
